At The Glass Railing Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural hardware and glass systems. If your order doesn't meet your specifications, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the glass panels or hardware in their original crates and packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized glass orders.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items for structural integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
